The CyberServe X55-203FS is a 2U rackmount server configurable with 2 Xeon 5600 series range of processors. Built using the latest server technolgy, the CyberServe X55-203FS has 3x 3.5, 2.5" SATA Fixed Drives and is ideal for those requiring a combination of high performance and density in their rack mount servers with its 6 DDR3 ECC Registered memory banks. Based on technology, the CyberServe X55-203FS boasts VMware Compatible, Redundant Power Option, Short Depth and Front I/O Ports as just a few of its core features.

The CyberServe X55-203FS supporting 2 Intel Xeon 5600 series next generation server processors deliver enhanced, energy-efficient performance for data-intensive business applications.

The CyberServe X55-203FS rackmount server with 3 fixed hard drives offers a cheaper alternative to servers with hot-swappable drives, bringing the total system cost down when hot-swappable hard drives are not required.

VMWare compatability ensures your rackmount server will function correctly as a virtual server running VMWare. High availability servers mean minimal down-time for your mission critical applications. Short Depth Servers can be less than half the length of standard servers, this allows them to be utilised in situations where space is at a premium, typically situations such as comms racks. The CyberServe X55-203FS boasts Front I/O ports allowing easy access to the servers USB, parallel and other I/O ports once installed in a rack. This is usually a very desirable feature if the server is going to be housed in a data-center or rack mount cabinet, where the back of the server will not be easily accessible. The most common benefit of front I/O ports is that USB keyboards and mice can be easily connected for maintenance of the server.

SATA offers several advantages over the older parallel ATA (PATA) interface: reduced cable-bulk and cost, faster and more efficient data transfer, and depending on the system configuration, hot swapping.The CyberServe X55-203FS supports 3x 3.5, 2.5" SATA hard drives, which represents the best cost per GB ratio storage technology. Available up to 2TB, in both standard class and enterprise, SATA hard drives are the most popular storage technology we utilise in our rackmount server solutions.
