Based on technology, the CyberServer SR1670HV Twin 1U Server boasts VMware Compatible and High RAM Capacity as just a few of its core features.

The added benefit of hot-swap hard drives means that the CyberServer SR1670HV Twin 1U Server can have any of its 8 hot-swap hard drives removed during maintenance whilst the system is running completely un-interrupted.

VMWare compatability ensures your rackmount server will function correctly as a virtual server running VMWare. Our rackmount servers with a high RAM / memory capacity are purpose built for RAM intensive applications such as virtualisation.

SATA offers several advantages over the older parallel ATA (PATA) interface: reduced cable-bulk and cost, faster and more efficient data transfer, and depending on the system configuration, hot swapping.The CyberServer SR1670HV Twin 1U Server supports 8x 2.5" SATA hard drives, which represents the best cost per GB ratio storage technology.
