No advanced replacement item will be sent if the original
item is over 30 days old.

When Returning Components:
All Broadberry Components carry twelve months Return to Base Warranty unless otherwise stated. Prior to returning goods all customers must complete either the on line RMA Form below or request a faxed copy from the Returns Department,
Telephone: 08707 150 202. You will then be issued with a valid Returns number.
Please ensure that the RMA No is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Please ensure that the goods are packaged in original or appropriate packaging (antistatic precautions should be taken where necessary).
Broadberry will not liable for any damage caused in transit.
Should damage occur during transit, then Broadberry will contact you immediately upon receipt.
Goods will be repaired/replaced at Broadberry’s discretion.
When Returning PC's or Servers:

Broadberry are not liable for any damage caused to PC's or Servers in transit.
Should damage occur during transit, then Broadberry will contact you immediately upon receipt.
PC's or Servers will be repaired or the necessary components replaced at Broadberry’s discretion.
IMPORTANT:
Charges will be applicable if the machine has been dropped and components have been dislodged.
Charges will also be made for damage caused by the user.
Charges will be applicable if hardware is returned, and no subsequent fault can be found.
Please note that a collection charge will be made for RTB machines and machines outside of their warranty period.
Broadberry can only collect from the UK mainland.
